Do you have a 'Plan B'?

Since the Coronavirus became global pandemic, the whole world's work / business infrastructure changed. Whether you are employed or self-employed, there are many different stories to tell but mostly involve income and future financial aspect. There is lots of uncertainty out there and there is no such position called a secure job or safe business under the current circumstances. But we mustn't continue to view our future as doom and gloom, light will always be there at the end of every tunnel.

However, we must learn from this and look at the recent trend well before the economic lockdown, the ‘GIG’ economy is rising fast. It is because people need flexibility, freedom and as a matter of fact, more and more people need a second or even a third income outside their current job / business.

They need such additional income mostly to cover their shortfall from their first income to allow them to live more comfortably. But many including myself were thinking about our plan ‘B’= What happens if ! For me I did it 8 years ago, it was the best decision I made in my adult life and today I can really see the reward from my plan B.

I embarked on my plan B eight years ago, which was a network marketing business, others called ‘Multi Level Marketing (MLM)’. I have two incomes:

1) Direct selling – I can earn a good margin from retail profit

2) Leverage income – I can earn regular income from of my team’s volume turnover payable to me weekly and monthly

The company I partner with is taking care of all logistics in our business. All I have to do is use the products myself net from retail profit to gain experience and benefits, then introduce to others who need the products. I also introduce my plan B to others to do the same. In view of the current circumstances and what we’ve learnt from the situation, most people are in now, I would welcome the opportunity to have an informal chat with those who are likeminded about the ‘Plan B’.

There’s no financial risk, you don’t have to pay any joining fee or purchase any stock at all.

So, let’s look at what I can offer and who does what?

What the company does…..

  • Handle all the research & development

  • Vision and strategy

  • Licence products so that we can market to over 50 countries in the world

  • Provide us with bookable website and phone apps for products sale’s link

  • Handle all purchases online or off line

  • Deliveries and returns

  • Accounting for commission payment weekly and monthly

  • Training materials, training facilities and online technical support

  • Regular local, regional and global business opportunity and products presentation

  • Incentives overseas conventions

What we do ……..

  • Try and benefit from the products ourselves

  • Introduce products to consumers

  • Share the leadership opportunity to others so that they can do the same

What I can offer to my team members to achieve their results.......

  • I LISTEN to my team members, and I mean really listen. I create a safe and secure environment where a team member can talk openly and honestly and there isn’t a shred of judgement from me. What would that mean to someone, to actually be listened to?

  • I EMPOWER my team members to take control over their own health & wealth. I do this by supporting and guiding them in the right direction. This makes my team members feel in control and builds their confidence and creates a positive mindset.

  • I CUSTOM make the personal training program to fit around an individual team member’s schedule, everyone is different and each individual has different struggles and needs. My personal training program is made specifically for each team member to enhance their well- being.

  • I MENTOR my team members. This means I don’t just tell them what to do. I create an environment where they set their goals for the week, month and year and they come up with the habits they would like to change and they go out and action them. A good team leader / mentor gets the best out of his team.

  • I SUPPORT my team members. When times are good, I encourage. When times are tough, we talk through what we can do together to over-come the tough challenges. I pull my team members up when they need it and give them belief that they can achieve their goals.

I would like you to keep an open mind and just listen to the information I give you, then you can make your own decision. If you feel that it is not for you, just walk away with no obligation. So, what have you got to lose? Message me for an informal chat.

Please share this with your friends and family and your valuable feedback at comment below will be much appreciated. Thank you.
