With over three decades of experience in sales and marketing, my career has always been driven by a passion for building strong strategies, successful teams, and long-lasting business growth.

At just 17, I left my home in Hong Kong and began a new journey in the UK. Over the next 35+ years, I built businesses in financial services, overseas property development, and the travel industry. These ventures gave me invaluable insights into what it takes to create, sustain, and grow successful enterprises. Drawing on this experience, I launched my consultancy to help companies strengthen their sales and marketing strategies, while also supporting individuals in their personal and professional development.

In 2012, I discovered the world of network marketing. It opened my eyes to a different approach—moving away from the traditional “working for money with high overheads” to embracing the idea of “making money work for me with minimal overheads.” Through this journey, I realised that many network marketers struggled not because of their products or opportunities, but because they lacked a strong foundation in personal development and mindset.

Since then, I have mentored entrepreneurs and networkers across various industries, helping them develop critical skills in time management, communication, personal growth, and mindset—empowering them to achieve consistent success.

Today, my mission is clear: to share my knowledge and experience with others so they can overcome challenges, build confidence, and achieve their business goals. As a Coach & Mentor, I focus on one simple truth: the foundation of success lies in building meaningful connections. Without customers, there is no business.
