My Journey

​

My journey began at just 20 years old, when I left my home in Hong Kong and started a new chapter in the UK.

​

Over the following 35+ years, I built businesses across several industries, including financial services, overseas property development and travel.

​

Every business brought new challenges—and new lessons.

​

I learned what it takes to build a business from the ground up. I experienced the highs, the setbacks, the uncertainty and the breakthroughs. Most importantly, I discovered that successful businesses aren't built by strategies alone.

​

They're built by people.

​

That experience eventually led me to launch my own consultancy, helping businesses strengthen their sales and marketing while supporting individuals in their personal and professional development.

​

The Mindset Shift

​

In 2012, I discovered network marketing—and it changed the way I looked at business.

​

It introduced me to a different way of thinking: moving away from the traditional model of working for money with high overheads towards the idea of making money work for me with minimal overheads.

​

But I also noticed something important.

​

Many people had access to good products and exciting opportunities, yet they struggled to succeed.

​

Why?

​

Often, it wasn't the product.

​

It wasn't the opportunity.

​

It was the person behind the business.

​

A lack of confidence. Limited communication skills. Poor time management. Inconsistent action. And, perhaps most importantly, a mindset that wasn't supporting the results they wanted.

That's when personal development became a central part of my work.
