2. Diary planning
Using diary planning helps us to create a self-discipline habit and to exercise the (T.S.D.) ‘THINK – SAY/SEE – DO’ skill consistently. This will ensure these 3 parts are in line with whatever we planned to do.
• Daily tasks
(A) 3 x new connection (B) 3 x communication (C) 3 x follow up
• Weekly tasks
(D) 3 x marketing (E) 3 x presentations (F) 3 x meeting
• Monthly tasks
(G) 3 x sales (H) 3 x sign ups (I) 3 x training
You need to write all of them out daily on each page, also write down the names, and tasks on each subject. Doing this consistently will create very good self-discipline. Click here to download the cheat sheet.

3. Sharpen your sales & marketing tools
The fact is, we should call it marketing & sales. Without proper marketing, you won’t be able to make a sale, right? Just follow these 4 main principles and work at it until it becomes your second nature.
-
Marketing - Online or offline marketing routine carried out same day and time each week to create followers
-
Presenting / Communication skills - Provide all necessary information to those who are interested in your marketing posts, so that they can make their educated decision themselves.
-
Follow-up / Sales - You must be able to identify when will be the right moment to close the sale, due to the fact that many customers just don't like to say yes. So, you have to do that for them.
-
Follow-up / Servicing - Once the deal is done, your selling is started. As part of your services, contact customers to do the following
(a) 2-3 days after you made the sale to ensure they have received the products
(b) One week later to ensure they are using the products with no further questions or queries
(c) 3 weeks later to ensure they are happy with the products and to remind them about their repeat order due soon. In the meantime, use the opportunity to introduce other related products to get better results.
(d) Once the repeat order has taken place, once again call customers 2-3 days to check the delivery and use the opportunity to ask for their recommendation about whom they know will like to use the same or similar products. In fact, do they know anyone else who will be interested to do what you do?
NOTE: All the above must be part of your 'Follow-Up' tasks under your diary planning
