PLANNING – SCHEDULING - GOAL SETTING. The chances are most of us are already into goal setting at some level. We all know that setting plans to achieve goals is not a real deal at all. The real deal is not planning, but following those plans & goals CONSISTENTLY!

So many people lack consistency, they quit things soon after they started. After a while, they start losing their self-beliefs. So, every time when they take on a task, they always think:
 

What if I quit after taking initiative?
Will I be able to continue?
Do I have the discipline to achieve this?

Can I really do this?

They are unable to commit anything since they keep doubting themselves about anything they do, most are also influenced by other factors:

Society

Conventional ways of doing things

Trends

Traditional norms

Social pressures
