Module one - The principle of consistency

Good habits, bad habits and success doesn’t come from what we do occasionally. It comes from what we do consistently, even including luck!
There are many principles to be consistent in anything we do. For example, developing a good habit, getting rid of a bad habit, achieving goals, consistency in start-up ideas, or just being consistent in life. But why do we find it so difficult to be consistent?

The fact is all of us have a great potential to be so much more than we are, and throughout our lives, we stumble on many amazing ideas, which create an initiative for our goals and wellbeing. We feel so excited and eager to get started.

After the initial hype to set things up and settle down, we find it difficult to keep consistent and stay in the flow. Eventually, we end up quitting. Consistency is a struggle for most people. So many great ideas and initiatives are buried forever. Many people who have the potential to achieve so much never made it, only because of the lack of consistency.

We have all the positive intentions and thought, we know what we need to do to increase the quality of our lives, if only if we can consistently follow some of them through. Our lives will transform beyond our imagination.
